Fraud committed by the Changenow.io exchanger website

Changenow io is a new exchanger site that offers altcoin exchanges. where identity is not required. in other words anyone who wants to exchange without having to worry about its true identity.

an interesting topic made by on of member in the bitcointalk.org forum said that he reported was scammed while making transactions with the Changenow.io exchanger site?

it is said that this user wants to exchange BCH to BTC and then he send about 100 BCH equivalent $ 70.000,00 USD with hoping to get an exchange as much as 11 BTC. but the BTC has not been received by the user . then he received an email form Changenow.io  wanted verification of documents as a proof including personal data where the fund came from.

a website that claims not require identity verification but asking for an identity? so that is called an Anonymity?

the member said, until this moment still get the same answer from the Changenow.io, they said because his identity is not the same as the first time when he uploaded it.

Okay, now what is the proof of ChangeNow.io doing fraud?

The member also explained in the  bitcointalk.org forum thread that he refused to provide the proof of payment on the grounds because he still want to keep it as anonymous. but just in case if necessary need it or someone asked him for payment proof, he able to give all information including payment proof and submit to the admin / moderator bitcointalk.org forum site.

now we are just waiting for their response whether to they return the money or indeed intend to deceive as said by the member.

there are other members who suggest that the website being reported and hire an attorney to bring this into the realm of the law.

if the website wanted to be reported, where should we go? This website is unknown so basically like this website is never exist.

we all can see from the domain location including IP address listed above, but it doesn't mean we know all about them. because the IP address can be falsified.so basically we don't know their real adress.

the main problem is the risk of revealing our personal identity on the internet. where most of all Internet users usually don't care about their data being collected . for an example : when someone using your personal data for cyber crime,drug, and that will be a problem. we don't want that happened.

we must be more vigilant and take it seriously about all the actions that lead to the form of deception.
what can we learn,before made a decision especially for an online transaction please be aware and  before that find as much as possible about the website information  that you wanna visit or trying to made a deal with them  and do not just believe it easily .

sometimes a websites that have been trusted for a long time will suddenly turn into Scamming websites (rare cased).  in other words anything possible.
